Hi, I’m Nicole!
As I embark on my journey of motherhood, my focus has shifted, drawing from my expertise as a Pilates and Movement coach, as well as my training in trauma-informed breathwork, I am compelled to create spaces where women from all walks of life could come together, whether in intimate one-on-one sessions or in larger groups. Here, we use the power of breath and mindful movement to gently release barriers and empower each other through moments of vulnerability and strength.
As a Breathwork Guide, Pilates Coach, and Executive Director in Corporate, it is my honor, true passion, and calling to guide empowered individuals and communities to move together in unity, and conscious connection.
My journey into wellness and diversity inclusion began with an adventurous spirit and an insatiable desire to connect- physically/mental/emotionally to self and those around me. My fearless spirit allowed me to cultivate relationships in several circles and understand more thoroughly the impact and benefits of mindful movement. Through coaching, I found immense joy in empowering clients to find their strength and confidence to reach beyond their comfort zone.
It has been exhausting to see the lack of diversity dominate the fitness and Wellness space, but after going through an extensive personal journey of love and liberation, I feel aligned more than ever, to use my gifts and authentic voice to support in your healing, transformation, strength, and love… Creating space for diverse communities to breathe together in unity and integrate healing modalities to step into their power, in a more whole, and intentional way.
Listening to the body and tending to the heart space is the foundation of my guiding approach. Allow me to teach you tools to release pain, soften the heart, and cultivate a more joyful, easeful life. Every human being has a beautiful light within just waiting to shine, but external stresses can often block us from unlocking our full potential. I guide and empower people to feel strong, safe and connected and their mind/body/soul. The skill of breathwork has been my own greatest tool in overcoming anxiety, mental health challenges, depression and building resilency.
The Breathful Journey is an array of curated knowledge and practices to support diverse women as they navigate their motherhood journey. Our expert-guided sessions provide women with tools to combat the complexities of parenthood, alleviate stress, and foster a deeper connection with themselves and their little ones
Our ethos is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves access to tools and resources that support their mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Our mission is to create a sacred space where mothers can breathe, connect, share their experiences, and find solace in the knowledge that they are not alone on this journey, “letting your inner compass be your guide”.
